Conditions of Use

For Businesses advertising their services please email me a copy of your business card with any relevant information like License number etc,
also whether you are fully insured for the work you provide. 
Any Trades Person that must be licensed will only be allowed to advertise on this website providing they provide the QLD BSA License number for their trade.

• Ask if they are a qualified trades person, make sure that they have all correct licenses and that they are registered with the BSA. 
• Make sure that they can provide insurance paperwork to cover their work for  property and personal injury. 
• Please note that if you invite a person onto your property to do any kind of work and they do not have their own insurance and they injure themselves, you may be liable. Regardless whether they are a trades person or not, even if it is just a person doing gardening or tidying up, make sure they have insurance, or whether your own insurance covers them.  DO NOT TAKE THE RISK. 
  
• Also know your rights in regards to workmanship. 
• Make sure you get a guarantee in writing before any works are carried out.
• If asking for a quote - get it in writing.

1. I will only publish the contact phone information that you provide.  No address details will be publish, only a contact phone number & name so that potential buyers or customers can contact you.
2. You must also tell me the area that you reside in, so that your ad can be placed in the correct Town so that buyers know where the item is located at.
   
3. All sellers and services must be within the old Tiaro Shire, this website is not for people who reside outside of the old Tiaro Shire to sell their goods and services.
   
4. If I deem an ad to be misleading, offensive etc I will not publish the ad.
5.  It is solely your responsibility to provide all the correct information. Information will be posted with care to the On Line Trader.
6.  It is also your responsibility to make sure that spelling is correct as I will post exactly what you state in your ad as I will copy and paste from your email.
7.  All For Sale ads must list a price that you want to sell your item for.
8. Any For Sale Ad that does not list a price, will not be posted to this website.
9. You may state whether you want a price with ONO. 
10. I do not accept any responsibility for any errors in regards to incorrect spelling etc.
    
11. For Sale Ads will run until sold or until you contact me to cancel your ad. 
    
12. Any advertiser who sells an item listed on this website is to email me immediately within 24 hours, stating that the item has been sold so that it can be removed from this website to save any other potential buyer from wasting their money by ringing you.  If any complaints are received by email stating that a potential buyer rang you about your ad and you stated that the item had been sold and you had not emailed me, then your ad will be removed and you will no longer be allowed to advertised another item on this website.  No excuses please.
13. Buyers beware that any ad placed on this website is not my responsibility.  Do not send money, always view the item before buying and always deal with the seller directly and in person.
14. Sellers beware of spammers.  Do not send items via any means only deal with buyers who are prepared to turn up and view the item.  Beware of internet and mobile spammers who are always on the look out for easy targets.
15. Buyers please when arranging with a seller to look at an item, please have the common curtsy to turn up at the time arranged with the seller.  So many times a potential buyer says they are coming and doesn't bother to turn up nor ring and say they cannot come or they will be late or have changed their mind.
    
16. Sellers and Services will only be published if the advertiser resides within the old Tiaro Shire. 
    
17. The only forums that will be advertised on here is totally at the editors discretion, these 2 aquarium forums provides an online help for fish lovers.
